Villa Esenlik

Villa Eslem is located in Kalkan Üzümlü region. Our villa, designed with a unique nature view, has 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 5 people. Our villa, designed with extremely luxurious furnishings, is sheltered and conservative. 

NOTE: The outdoor pool is heated. Pool heating is activated for an extra 1.250 TL per night if desired.

Interior Features of the House; 

Lounge :  Seating group, air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver, wireless internet, dining table and chairs. 

Kitchen: Modern Open American kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, microwave oven, built-in oven, four-burner hob, dishwasher, fork, spoon, knife, pots and pans, dinnerware, etc. and is fully equipped.

 Garden : Private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, garden style seating group, dining table, chairs, swing and barbecue

Pool : The dimensions of the private swimming pool are 9 m x 4 m and the depth is 1.50 cm.

Bedrooms ;

1st Bedroom : 1 double bed, 1 single bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, Jacuzzi, TV, bathroom/WC

2nd Bedroom : 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom/WC

Damage Deposit

A cash damage deposit of 3.000 TL is taken at the entrance to the villa. Damage, loss, broken, etc. in the villa. this fee is refunded on the day of departure in the absence of such situations.

NOTE: Extra 1750 TL cleaning fee is charged for bookings under the minimum stay.

Check-in and Check-out Hours 

Check-in time to all our villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and the completion of the deficiencies.

Important Information ;

Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. There is also no charge. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guiding services, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the neighbourhood. Infrastructure works can be carried out periodically in the areas where our villas are located. Due to this work, road work, electricity and water cuts may occur.
