Villa Gümüş

Villa SILVER is a four bedroom holiday villa with a capacity of 10 people, very close to the centre of Oludeniz Hisarönün. Our villa has a jacuzzi in 2 bedrooms and is a very sheltered villa due to its location. It is not fully sheltered.

NOTE : Smoking is prohibited in the villa. 

Bedrooms : There are 4 suite bedrooms in the villa. Clean towels and bed linen are available in the bedrooms. 

1-Bedroom : Air-conditioned, suite family bedroom. There is 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table and bathroom / WC. (1st floor)

2-Bedroom : It is an air-conditioned, suite family bedroom. There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bedside table and bathroom / WC. (1st floor)

3-Bedroom : It is an air-conditioned, suite family bedroom. There are 3 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and bathroom / WC. 

4-Sleeping Room : Air-conditioned, suite youth bedroom. There are 3 single beds, wardrobe, dresser and bathroom/WC. 

Lounge :  There is a seating group, air conditioning, LCD TV, fireplace and satellite receiver. There is an exit from the lounge on the pool floor to the poolside.

Kitchen : Modern American kitchen. Dishwasher, built-in 4-burner hob, refrigerator, spoon and fork set, washing machine, built-in oven, 8-person dinner set, electric kettle, pot and pan set and glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Pool : Private swimming pool, shallow pool and jacuzzi. Pool dimensions 10 m x 4.5 m; depth 1.45 m. Pool and garden maintenance and cleaning is done once a day in the morning or evening. 

Garden : In the garden there is a pool, 6 sun loungers and umbrellas, dining table and chairs, table tennis, mini playground hammock and barbecue.

Important Information : Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. There is also no charge. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guiding services, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices.  All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the neighbourhood. In our villas with a sheltered pool, we definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility. In these villas, there is always a 5% retention margin.

Internet : There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions caused by internet service providers. Internet usage; mails, social media accounts, newspapers and news sites are sufficient for issues such as entering; It is not sufficient for uses such as watching films and videos, downloading files.

General note for all villas in Ölüdeniz region: Infrastructure works can be carried out periodically in Ölüdeniz-Ovacık and Hisarönü regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, road work, electricity and water interruptions may occur.
